Budget 2012 Proposals Govt Employees all adhoc relief allowances are adjusting in Basic pay. Ministry of Finance recommendations for budget proposals of year 2012-2013. It’s Expected that House Rent allowance will be raised 50%. And medical allowance 1 to 15 100%. Conveyance allowance increased will be 1 to 19 50%, proposed to implement unified pay structure for all employees of all departments and ministries in Pakistan.
