Karachi students have made an electronic glove called ‘Speech Generator Glove’ that communicates with people who lack of speaking power in Pakistan. Karachi’s educational institution – Usman Institute of Technology (UIT), has made an electronic glove, which will help people who lack of speaking power in Pakistan communicate with others.
Language of signals into sound words is not new technology, but the unique feature of the electronic glove of UIT students is to convert Urdu language hints for Urdu sounds.[adsense]
An invention made by four students Bilal Khan, Mubashar Ghaffar, Sadaf Khan, Fazeela Moueen of the Electronics Department in the last year’s project. Speech Generator Glove weighs around 300 grams and can convert 28 Urdu words into sentences.
